1. INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Samafale Fund (“Samafale Fund”, “we”, “our”, “the Platform”), a global donation-based crowdfunding platform operated from the Somalia and accessible worldwide through samafalefund.com.
By accessing or using our Platform, you (“you”, “User”, “Donor”, “Fundraiser”, “Beneficiary”, “Organization”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, KYC/AML Policy, Payout Policy, Payment Flow & Fund Handling Policy, and all supplemental guidelines that govern how our services operate.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

- At least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction), and
- Able to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Samafale Fund may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
2. ABOUT SAMAFALE FUND’S ROLE
Samafale Fund is a crowdfunding facilitator, not a bank, remittance agency, investment advisor, or financial institution. We:
- Provide an online Platform where Fundraisers create campaigns and Donors contribute.
- Collect donations through third-party payment processors (SifaloPay)
- Deliver payouts to Fundraisers/Beneficiaries after KYC/AML checks.
We do NOT:
- Guarantee campaign outcomes
- Promise that funds will be used exactly as described
- Assume responsibility for any misuse of funds by a Fundraiser
- Provides insurance, guarantees, or warranties on campaigns
We are not a money transmitter or escrow agent; however, we hold funds temporarily to process donations, ensure compliance, and deliver payouts.
3.USER ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY
To use Samafale Fund, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
3.1 Account Types
- Donor Account
- Fundraiser Account
- Organization/Nonprofit Account
3.2 Accurate Information Required
- You must provide:
- Valid name
- Valid email & phone
- True identity information
- Accurate campaign information
- Not be listed on any sanctions, terrorism, or fraud lists
- Comply with all applicable laws in your country
- False or misleading information may result in:
- Account termination
- Fund freezes
- Refunds or chargebacks
- Reporting to authorities
3.3 Single Account Policy
Users may maintain only one personal account unless authorized.
- Maintain only one main account
- Safeguard your login credentials
- Notify us immediately if there is unauthorized access
- Not misrepresent your identity
4. CAMPAIGN CREATION RULES
Fundraisers must comply with the following rules:
4.1 Truthful & Transparent Campaigns
- Campaign pages must include:
- Accurate description of purpose
- Honest financial needs
- Truthful beneficiary information
- Verifiable supporting documents (medical, educational, business, etc.)
4.2 Prohibited Campaigns
- You must NOT create campaigns involving:
- Illegal activities
- Hate, violence, or discrimination
- Fraud, deceit, misrepresentation
- Terrorism or sanctioned entities
- Money laundering or financial crime
- Weapons or explosives
- Misuse of personal medical stories
- Sexual content or exploitation
- Personal enrichment without explanation
4.3 Campaign Updates
- Fundraisers must keep donors informed about:
- How funds are used
- Major progress or setbacks
- Changes in purpose or beneficiary
5. DONATIONS & PAYMENT PROCESSING
5.1 Donations Are Final
All donations made via Samafale Fund are voluntary and final, except in specific cases of fraud or error.
All donations processed through:
are final unless:
- A fraudulent campaign is proven,
- A dispute or chargeback is opened, or
- Samafale Fund decides a refund is necessary under its own review.
5.2 Gateway Fees
Payment processor fees (SifaloPay) are automatically deducted before funds reach SamafaleFund.
5.3 Platform Fee
Samafale Fund applies a platform service fee to each donation to support operations, compliance, support, and security.
These fees cover:
- Platform maintenance
- Security & fraud prevention
- Verification processes
- Support services
5.4 Currency & Conversion
Donations may be processed in local currencies depending on the donor’s location. Exchange rates are set by payment processors, not Samafale Fund.
6 Fundraising Goal & Campaign Completion
A campaign’s goal is set by the Fundraiser. Samafale Fund does not guarantee that campaigns will reach their goals.
Funds are released after:
- Campaign ends or rolling payouts are enabled
- KYC/AML checks are completed
- Risk screening is passed
- Documentation is reviewed (for high-risk campaigns)
We reserve the right to delay payouts up to 30–90 days for compliance or risk reasons.
